Ilana Ostrosky Frid
Head of philanthropy
A leader in strategic philanthropy and institutional strengthening, with almost 10 years of experience designing and implementing social impact initiatives, Ilana Ostrosky serves as Head of Philanthropy at IFIP. Her work focuses on developing integrated philanthropic investment models, strengthening civil society organizations, and building collaborative ecosystems aimed at systemic change.
She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems, a Master’s degree in Management and Social Entrepreneurship, and a specialization in Innovation, graduating Summa Cum Laude in all programs. She is also a professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she teaches Disruptive Design of Organizational Processes.
Her strategic vision, combined with a strong social commitment and analytical rigor, brings a long-term, value-driven perspective to maximizing philanthropic impact and fostering sustainable outcomes for communities.
Vanessa Adena Itzkowich
Operations Manager
As Moisés Itzkowich's granddaughter, Vanessa carries forward her family's commitment to philanthropy at IFIP. With over five years of experience in grant administration and international partnerships, she contributes to both the operational and strategic work of the organization.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanistic Studies from John Cabot University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School. She is currently pursuing an MBA.
