Our work in Mexico, the United States, and Israel/Palestine reflects our commitment to deep, localized impact in regions meaningful to us.
Moisés Itzkowich was born and raised in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Our efforts in Mexico honor this heritage and can be divided into four categories: basic needs, education, health, and institutional capacity building.
Following in their father's footsteps, our donors have chosen to fund their own philanthropic interests in the country they all currently reside. Although varied, these interests all focus on providing skills, access and opportunities to members of marginalized communities.
Rooted in family values and traditions, and inspired by an enduring connection to the region, our work honors a shared heritage grounded in humanity, dialogue, and coexistence. With hope for a more peaceful future, we foster spaces where people can learn together, share experiences, and encounter one another with openness, nurturing understanding, dignity, and possibility for generations to come.
By concentrating our efforts in these three regions, we can:
1. Develop deep local expertise and relationships.
2. Better understand community needs and cultural contexts.
3. Track long-term impact more effectively.
4. Build sustainable ecosystems of change.
We work with nonprofit organizations through a structured process of Request for Proposals (RFPs), which helps us identify partners that align with our values and commitments.
We release RFPs based on donor interests and regional needs, ensuring that our resources are directed where they can make the most difference. Nonprofits must apply with a specific project in mind, which allows us to track exactly how our funds are being used. This approach helps us stay informed about the impact of our support, both direct and indirect.
To further ensure accountability, we require nonprofits to submit operating reports during the gift cycle. This process allows us to track progress, assess results, and see how our investments are contributing to the long-term sustainability of the communities we serve.
